Your security at Uncle Ben’s Toys is held in the upmost respect. We do not keep any record of your credit card numbers. All transactions are processed through Authorize.net. You will see it’s logo on your check out pages. If you do not see the logo on the shopping cart do not proceed.
We do not sell or share your information with anyone.
At check out please make sure that the newsletter box is unchecked if you do not wish to receive discount codes and promotional materials in your email.
We also do not spam your email account. We may send a promotional code once or twice a year to those who wish to receive it. If you are receiving promotional emails and wish to unsubscribe please email support@unclebenstoys.com with the subject line unsubscribe.
For security reasons we cannot resend a shipment that has been given an undeliverable address. You will have to reorder. This is for your protection.
