All merchandise is inspected before it is shipped.  Your shipment has been insured so if you receive damaged goods please keep the packaging material for inspection by the carrier if necessary.

Undamaged goods may be returned (at buyers expense) for a full refund.

If you provide an undeliverable address and your product ships you will be charge for the shipping but receive the balance as a refund. I am sorry we cannot resend to a different address because of credit card security issues. Please re-order with a correct address.
